Completely self-taught, John Knopf is an Emmy nominated international award-winning photographer whose work has been recognized by TIME Magazine, National Geographic, Red Bull, USA Today, Billboard Magazine and Google, to name a few. Knopf opened his first gallery at the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas strip in 2012 and established a second location at Ridgedale Center in the Minneapolis area in 2017. In early 2021 he minted his photography as an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. As the Founder of FOTO and a Co-Founder of Rug Radio, Knopf has fortified photography in the NFT space. Establishing the largest NFT Photography gallery showings to date during NFT NYC and Art Basel with partners such as TIME Magazine and showcasing over 250 photographers. Knopf has become a loud voice in the NFT photo community, with over 15 years of experience in photography, he has taken his art from a passionate hobby to a highly successful enterprise.
