Tülay Palaz graduated from Bursa Fine Arts High School with a degree. She started her academic education at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in the same year.

She worked for Alametifarika and Gode Advertising Agencies as a designer. She also worked for brands such as Garanti, Garanti Retirement, Evylady, Izair, Adam&Eve Hotels, Doğa Schools, GNCTRCLL. In Bursa, she designed for brands including Bursa Ecza Koop, Eker, Bürosit, Toker Health Group, Altınceylan, Kent Meydanı, Güneşoğlu, Medika.
